Position Summary
The General Manager (GM) will support the administrative operations of PlayMakers Repertory Company (PRC). The GM will support the Director of Operations in the execution and fulfillment of all PRC’s business operations and company management. The GM will be responsible for managing detailed budget development process, executing artist contracts, developing housing matrix and budget management. Position provides budget support, processes accounting transactions, HR support and serves as a liaison between PRC and UNC central offices. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. The preferred candidate would have an ability to work well with a diverse and varied artistic production and administrative staff. Previous experience working in higher education preferred.
Salary Range: $50,325 – $60,000
