  • Level 1 Dues $300

    Budgets of $0 – $75,000 (organizational budget, including staff salaries)

  • Level 2 Dues $400

    Budgets of $75,001 – $150,000 (organizational budget, including staff salaries)

  • Level 3 Dues $460

    Budgets of $150,001 – $500,000 (organizational budget, including staff salaries)

  • Level 4 Dues $590

    Budgets of $500,001 – $1,000,000 (organizational budget, including staff salaries)

  • Level 5 Dues $670

    Budgets of $1,000,001 – $3,000,000 (organizational budget, including staff salaries)

  • Level 6 Dues $730

    Budgets of $3,000,001 and up (organizational budget, including staff salaries)
